Milk and Cookies Baby Sip and See

~ Milk and Cookies Sip & See ~
For those who know me I love zebra print and lime green.  So it was fitting that I planned this theme for my little girl.  I only had to buy a few pieces here and there to complete this simple but cute look.

I recycled Starbucks Frappachino bottles as the guest milk glasses. It took some elbow grease to get them clean and ready but it was worth the work.  They worked out very well. I just tied some green sheer ribbon around them and popped in a black and white stripe paper straw to complete the look.

I saw pink and zebra peanut butter hug cookies on line so I just tinted the peanut butter cookie dough lime green to match my theme.  The zebra looking kisses are the Hugs Hershey kind.

I also made these super easy Chocolate Chip Smore's Cookies!

This was the first time I used paper lanterns believe it or not and I really loved them.  The pop of color it added was so nice and they were really easy to put up with a little fishing line and clear push pins.

Zebra duct tape water bottle labels and paper printed personalized labels to match.

The favors for the guests where two cookies with a Got Milk flavored straw.

Super Hero Squad Birthday

~ Super Hero Sqaud Party ~
Mason really wanted a superhero party so this is what I came up with with only a couple of months to plan since I wasn't planning on a party for him this year becasue we just had a baby but I couldn't resist when he started asking about his birthday.  We went to a local park where we live that has a kids splash pad and it worked out perfectly! It was one of the least stressful parties I have yet to do!

Cake and Favors Table

7 inch Spiderman cake with 24 store bought cupcakes with toppers I made.

Banner I made from templates I ordered on Etsy. It was hard to get a picture because there was a slight breeze.

My new favorite find! Printed duct tape as water bottle labels! Genius idea I got online.  I love the paper personal labels but they don't do well in ice buckets so this is a great alternative!

We set out a ball bit and parachute for the little guests we had.

Another fun messy idea, a shaving cream and paint table.  Perfect for outdoor parties where the kids can rinse off.

I found these cute capes for all the kids at Target!  They really loved them!

I created these four themed centerpieces around the characters and found color coordinating candy to match.  They were perfect for an outdoor party.  They were heavy enough to not blow over and the candy was a hit with the grown ups as well as the kids! I love how they came out!

~ Under The Sea Baby and Me Twin Shower ~

I had the pleasure to co-host a shower for a dear friend, Mariann who was expecting twin boys!  We picked this fun theme and totally went for it! I hope you like all the little details!

Co-host, Tricia cut all the blue fish placemats by hand and made all the favor labels. I made the goldfish shaped soap favors and we wrapped them in the clear cello bags.

Gold fish centerpieces! There were about 3- or 4 real gold fish swimming around in these fun centerpieces.  I bought plastic seaweed and burried them in some blue and green gems on the bottom of the vase.  I spray painted the starfishes gold and that is a cloth napkin under the vase with more gems scattered around.  We got a lot of compliments on these!

This 5 tier diaper cake served three purposes:
 First as a decoration,
second as a game, the guests had to guess how many diapers I used to make it
and third was a gift to the babies of diapers and bath toys and shoes.
